One sign-in for all of Edgefield Secondary School's web applications
School Portal gives students, faculty and staff secure access to the school's internal systems using their institutional Google account.
Access is limited to current members of Edgefield Secondary School. Please sign in with your @edgefield.edu.sg account.
What School Portal does
School Portal is the gateway to the school's internal web applications. It lets you sign in once, with an account you already have, instead of managing separate passwords for every system.
Single sign-on
Sign in once with your school Google account and move between connected applications without logging in again.
Secure access
Sign-in is handled by Google, including 2-Step Verification where your institution requires it. We never see or store your Google password.
Role-based access
Students, faculty and staff each see the applications and information that are relevant to them.
Who can sign in
- Currently enrolled students
- Faculty and teaching staff
- Administrative and support staff
- Approved guests, where applicable
How signing in works
- Select Sign in with Google.
- Choose your school Google account.
- Review and approve the permissions requested.
- You are taken to your applications.
How we use your Google account information
School Portal uses Google Sign-In only to confirm who you are. We request the minimum information needed to do that.
| Email address | Used to identify your account and match it to your school record. |
|---|---|
| Name | Displayed in the applications so you know you are signed in as the right person. |
| Profile picture | Shown next to your name in the portal. This is optional and used for display only. |
We do not use your information, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties outside the school. We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar or other Google data. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.
